Tough to answer this without asking what type of crust? From the soft to the crust, thin to thick, everyone has their favorite. But to limit it to one, my favorite is ….
Mama Mina's (next to Bob's Store on the Post Road) has a great non-crusty (soft) thin crust.

Luigi's in Fairfield is the BEST pizza ever!!! My dad eats there twice a day (yep, that's kinda wierd) when he comes from San Francisco….

Pepe's and their White Clam pizza……no debate.
Although…….l…….I do enjoy Dolphin's plain cheese pizza too!
