Mrs. HeyFairfield and I had lunch at Centro recently. I haven't been to Centro's in Fairfield in years, so I was not sure what to expect. I have been to the Greenwich location and have always enjoyed the food and service.

The outside seating wasn't open yet, but inside it is nice and cozy. The staff is friendly and attentive.

My wife ordered a chicken panini sandwich. Not only was the sandwich larger than expected, she did find it very tasty even if the chicken was a little dry. I had the Cheese Ravioli Cortivallo (tomato sauce with sausage). Again the portion was much larger than expected, no complaint from me and my large appetite. It was fantastic, and would definitely recommend it! 

Since we had a gift certificate, we decided to splurge for dessert. Boy am I glad we did. We had the Warm Chocolate Lava Cake. It was fantastic! Sweet, not too rich and very chocolaty!  Definitely save room for dessert.
