On Wednesday, March 4th 2009, the Fairfield Rotary Club held it’s annual Celebrity at Barone Campus Center at Fairfield University. This year’s keynote speaker was New York Times Technology Columnist David Pogue.

Connecticut’s Governor, M. Jodi Rell was on hand Friday, February 27th 2009 to reopen the Southport MetroNorth Train Station. The train station was destroyed by fire on January 4th 2008.
