Fairfield Community Theatre Foundation to honor Paul Newman with a week-long screening of his films, and donating the proceeds to the Hole-in-the-Wall Camp
Starting today and culminating on Thursday evening, the Fairfield Community Theatre Foundation will remember the life of Paul Newman.
While the world remembers him as the film icon, the Foundation is proud to remember him as a friend, supporter, patron and most importantly…a continuing inspiration. The way he used his “luck” (as he would call it) to help so many people who are less fortunate should stand as an example to all of us.
“While our organization could certainly use the money, all proceeds from these films shown will benefit his Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and all the terrific work they are doing all over the world” said Leo Redgate, President of the Community Theatre Foundation. “We try hard to be more like Paul everyday and are still motivated by him. We strive to carry on his work as we attempt to make the lives of those in need a little better.”
