You may have heard the Board of Education is considering a proposal to eliminate the extended day kindergarten option to save $150k. This would force all kindergarteners into full day classes. While, personally, both of our children will do full day, I believe there is a need for the option. Many parents are against the removal of this, so a petition has been started to voice your support against the proposal.
